VENDOR DISCLAIMER

**By clicking the "AGREE" button below and downloading and submitting contracts to participate in one or more shows, you agree to the following terms and conditions. It is also assumed that by proceeding to download the following contracts, that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms set forth below.

1. Location. Milton Fairgrounds is located in the heart of Milton at the end of Robert St. From the north, exit Highway 401 at Exit 320 south. Right on Steeles Ave., left on Bronte St., left on Robert St. The fairgrounds are 10-15 minutes from Highway 401. From the south use Bronte Rd (Highway 25) north off the Q.E.W. Left on Derry Rd., right on Bronte St., right on Robert St. The fairgrounds are 15-20 minutes from the Q.E.W. Brampton Fairgrounds is located at 12942 Heart Lake Rd. in Caledon, between Mayfield Rd. and Old School Rd. Hwy. 410 currently ends at Mayfield Rd., however it will extend to Hwy. #10 eventually and there will be an exit to Heart Lake Rd. From the 401 take Hwy 410 north to Mayfield Rd. (or exit Heart Lake Rd. if Hwy. completed), turn left onto Mayfield, and take the first right which will be Heart Lake Rd. The Brampton Fairgrounds is on the west side of the road.

2. Set Up Time. All vendors can gain access to your booth between 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. Friday to set up. Outdoor vendors can set up Saturday from 5:00 am to 8:00 am Indoor vendors can set up Saturday between 6:00 am and 8:00 am. This is a one-day show. The gates open at 5 a.m. Saturday. The show is advertised to run from dawn to 4 p.m. rain or shine Saturday so you can't start packing up until 4 p.m. Saturday.

3. Booth Size. We guarantee you 24-foot frontage by 20-foot depth. We have oversized booths at 36 feet by 20 feet.

4. Booth Allocation. At the February 15 deadline, unrenewed booths go to new dealers on an earliest postmark basis.

5. Reproductions. NOT ALLOWED.

6. Stock Selection. All Nazi items must be in showcases and not in open view of the public at large. Flamboro reserves the right to enforce the removal of any items found offensive or unsuitable for an antique show.

7. Vehicle Parking. All vehicles must be parked along the back of the booths so that they don't block neighbours. In shared booths, only one vehicle can remain on site.

8. Weather. Flamboro Antique Shows take place rain or shine with no refunds due to weather.

9. Refunds. No refunds for any reason unless we have notice 15 days or more before the show. All refunds cost $20 per show administration fee.

10. Once More, a Word From Our Lawyer. The vendor shall indemnify and save harmless Flamboro Antique Shows, 684471 Ontario Ltd., Milton Fairgrounds, Brampton Fairgrounds, their employees, agents, the property owners, and management, etc., from all claims for loss, damage, or injury to persons or property caused to the vendor, his employees or agents through any wrongful act, neglect or default. Flamboro Antique Shows, 684471 Ontario Ltd., Milton Fairgrounds, Brampton Fairgrounds, their employees, agents, the property owners, management, etc., shall not be held liable to the vendor, his employees, agents, or customers for any personal injury or damage to property. Everything brought to the show premises by the vendor, his employees, agents, or customers, shall be entirely at the risk of the vendor or others for any loss or damage in accordance with Canadian insurance laws. The vendor shall be responsible for the insurance of his own property.
