The best thing Flamboro offers is your perfect customer, a committed antique enthusiast with money to spend. Just think of it, the Flamboro show patron has gotten up early, driven to a special location, paid for the privilege of attending and arrived at your booth. This customer wants to spend money with you. If you have the right stuff and it is priced fairly, you’ve got a sale! Flamboro customers are no bored mall zombies or garage sale tire kickers. They have paid to find you and they have money to spend.

And behind that perfect customer? Another 2-5000 depending on the day. We have a private mailing list of 8,292 (in 2009) patrons who signed up to receive notices about the show. These are people interested in antiques who willingly asked to be notified about the show. Many attend all the shows and continue to add to their collections or buy a new accent piece for their home.

But we are never satisfied. To make sure everyone interested in antiques knows about the shows, we advertise in every antique media; The Upper Canadian, The Wayback Times, The Antique and Collectibles Trader, The Woodbridge Advertiser, and Daytripper. We advertise in the local area for all shows, as well as on select websites.

As well as the buying public, Flamboro attracts out-of-province and out-of-country dealers from Quebec, New York State and Michigan who are looking to buy in volume. They regularly load their horse trailers, cube vans and even transport trucks with giant loads. As show promoters, we have identified these buyers and offer them special parking spots for loading and free admission to all shows. Similarly, major Ontario volume buyers are taken care of. If you want to move a lot of merchandise and are ready to discount, we’ve got your buyer at the show.

The best part of all this is the low cost to you, the seller. For $150 we give you a 20 ft. by 24 ft. booth which provides room for your van, pick-up or car and all the merchandise you can fit into it. For $275 we can provide booths able to accommodate cube vans, horse trailers or trucks with trailers attached.

At Flamboro shows we make sure there are clean indoor washrooms, an ATM on site, fairly-priced food vendors, a delivery service and friendly staff to make sure you and your customers are happy. If you need to rent tables or tents, we can accommodate that as well.
